About the program
2nd Chance Roofing was created by Edwin Padilla to assist eligible homeowners, who are age 60+ or single mothers and living in the state of Delaware by providing FREE roofing services. The 2nd Chance Roofing program addresses all roofing need to ensure safety and security for our most vulnerable populations. Mr. Padilla is passionate about ensuring single moms and seniors can access the roofing services they need to keep their homes safe.
Who is eligible?
Homeowners age 60 years or older and single moms, who own and reside in the home as their primary residence, are under the applicable income limits for household size and have homeowners insurance.
